On March 11, 2011, disaster struck the island of Japan. Many tennis players in our community had loved ones affected.
Mill Creek Tennis Club hosted a charity tournament April 30-May 1. Over 70 players competed and together we were able to raise $7260 for the Red Cross!

Amy Yee Free Tennis Clinics
We are proud to partner with the Amy Yee Tennis Foundation in promoting the game at a grassroots level.
The Amy Yee Free Tennis Clinics were revived in 1996. More than 100 youth a year play tennis on Saturdays in June under the watchful eye of Coach Roger Mark and a wonderful staff of volunteer instructors.
Spring Racquet Trade-In
Every spring, Avanti Sports collects used racquets and distributes them to local public high schools and community centers, providing racquets to youth that might not be able to afford their own.
Canned Food Drive
Avanti Sports supports local food banks every holiday season by collecting canned food in exchange for discounts on merchandise. Thanks to the support of the tennis community, we have been able to donate over 600 lbs of food each year.
