Our Story
Our goal is to provide expert service to the Western Washington badminton, racquetball, squash, and tennis playing communities, through comprehensive retail sales, performance coaching, and production of premier tennis tournaments.
Our flagship store in Seattle is the only tennis specialty shop in the city. We are one of Washington’s largest racquet dealerships, now with two stores.
Avanti Sports Seattle started at Forest Crest Tennis Club in 1984. Avanti Sports relocated to its present location in the Laurelhurst neighborhood in 1992. The Eastside shop moved to Mill Creek in January 2016. Items can be transferred without issue from either the Seattle or Mill Creek store.

Avanti Sports carries the latest tennis racquets from Babolat, Dunlop, Head, Wilson, and Yonex. We also feature a large selection of junior tennis racquets, shoes, and balls. We also carry a good selection of squash, badminton, racquetball, and pickleball racquets and paddles from Head, Gamma, Technifibre, and Yonex.

- All racquet purchases come with a complimentary Head PPS 16 / 17 gauge string job ($29.95 value)
- Junior racquets range from 19 inches to 26 inches, priced from $19.95 to $124.95.

Racquet Customization
Fine tune your racquet with a new grip, overgrip, vibration dampener and other accessories. Free installation for any grip is included. Use lead tape to re-balance your frame for maximum performance. We can also build up your grip up to two sizes.
Stringing
Expert Stringing
We carry 100 different strings to suit your game.  Our brands include Babolat, Dunlop, Gamma, Head, Luxilon, Tecnifibre, Volkl, Wilson, and Yonex. Squash, badminton, and racquetball racquets can also be strung. Prices range from $29.95 to $ 79.95 – for synthetic gut, multi-filaments, polyester, and natural gut strings. We strive for 48 hour turnaround.
We utilize Star 5 Babolat stringing machines to ensure your racquet is strung perfectly and consistently every time. Avanti strings over 6000 frames a year and keeps your personal stringing information on file for future reference.

Shoes
